Blind and visually impaired citizens of the Republic of Croatia may apply. There are two categories: up to the age of 18 and over the age of 18.

The Typhlological Museum is the only museum in Croatia and one of the rare museums in the world that deal with the issues of disabled people.

The exhibition was an exceptional opportunity for students to get to know reproduction as a type of photography in a museum, exhibition environment and to try to reproduce the original photographs, paintings, and sculptures by Lupino in real conditions.

In a fun and educational way, through play, first graders of the Tituš Brezovački Elementary School learned about the Typhlological Museum, Braille, the white cane, and the need for detailed descriptions for the blind and the visually impaired.

In the organization of ICOM CECA and ICOM Croatia, a conference of the ICOM CECA (Committee for Education and Cultural Action) network in South-eastern Europe took place in Zagreb. The aim of the network is to establish the cooperation of CECA in Croatia with neighboring countries.
